Burt Village units are single-story duplexes set on well- landscaped lots with
extensive open areas surrounding the buildings.

Each duplex unit features a bath and a half, individual garages, and
screened porches. The four one-bedroom units in the quadplex share
a large, screened porch and a common activity / guest room.
