All Court units include:
      electric base boards
      forced air or natural gas hot water heat
      air conditioning
      stacking clothes washer and dryer
      water and sewer service
      water softener
Each kitchen is equipped with:
      range
      refrigerator
      disposal
Some units have:
      dishwashers
      patios or screened in porches

For safety, all duplexes connect with a fire detection system alerting the staff at
Meadows Mennonite Home in an emergency.

Duplexes in the courts can be life leased or rented. A life lease program means
that Meadows retains title to the property and keeps a percentage of equity
according to the schedule attached to your contract. Lease prices vary and the
monthly service fee is $225.00. If a duplex is rented, the monthly rental fee is
$375.00 with a service fee of $225.00.

Each resident is advised to purchase renters insurance to cover their personal
ossessions.
