Meadows Mennonite Home was awarded the Seal of Confidence
for commitment to resident satisfaction as demonstrated through successful
completion of the Confidence Satisfaction Survey Program sponsored by Life
Services Network of Illinois (LSNI). The Seal of Confidence is designed to help
promote commitment of nursing homes to resident and family satisfaction as a
true way of gauging quality care and services. Meadows scored well in every
category and scored higher than our competition in every category measured
except one. LSNI is an association of more than 300 not-for- profit nursing
homes and continuing care retirement communities.
